As I was checking out Facebook this morning, I noticed that Fresh Lemons had a new post on her blog so I went and checked it out. She posted a list of various tutorials from across quilty land online. As soon as I saw this I thought of you! I have made an executive decision and I think we should make this one: Crossed Quilt Block. Here's the game plan: the next time we get together to sew, we can only bring our scrap bins and we have to complete this quilt top!! I have one very large quilt bin!! I did separate all those large pieces of material out of it ... might have to put them back!! I think this is a great way to use up all those narrow scraps!!

I could do this. However my scrap bin is pretty low because of the never ending string blocks. Of course, I could use up some of the random fat quarters that I buy because they're 'interesting."
