Here's the retirement quilt I made for a colleague who appreciated my dry wit and sarcasm. Her late mother was a quilter so I know she'll appreciate the thought. Andy found out that she liked fall colours so I went with so Moda Weave colours that said fall to me. On each of the yellow blocks I free motioned the name of a school she had taught at. I'm giving it to her tonight.
