Converging Corners

Hello again!!!

I made one block following the Converging Corners tutorial.


Its a time consuming block to make. I do like how it turned out. I did too much thinking when I was making it. I will do much less thinking when I make the next few!!!

Can't wait to see what you've been up to lately!!

Mom's Quilt!!!

Hey ... Here are a few pictures of the squares that I have done for Mom's quilt!!! These squares take at least 2 hours each. The middle section took me a long long time to get done. I haven't stitched around the leaves or flowers and don't think I'm going to. I think I'm going to give it to Mom to do her self. I'll give it to her for Mother's Day!! How nice is that?!?!?


Mom sewed this square, below, together her self. Do you think I should fix it?


Here's the center piece! Look at how even I got it!!! I'm impressed!!
I have 4 more squares to make and then the 9 patch like borders. The borders shouldn't take too too long b/c I can strip piece them together!

Down Home Tote - Done

Hey ...

I made the Down Home Tote by Sweetwater a week or more ago. I just used regular material instead of canvas b/c I couldn't find any canvas that I liked on the day that I wanted to make it. I have since ordered some and will be making another one soon!!!

Another one off the to do list!! YEAH!!!
