Hey there,
Just wanted to post a couple of pics of the scrappy quilt I made for my cousin Connie's wedding. They have two kids and three/four dogs so I figured a scrappy quilt would be perfect for them. I love the solid with scrappy look. The blocks are a wonky quarter log cabin idea that all have the same piece of fabric as the starter piece. I did some swirls through the blocks and outlined all the scrappy blocks. I kind of wanted to keep this one.

This is how we keep up with each other and the projects we work on. Her is the one who doesn't pin and quilts her way! The Crafter, who won't crochet, is a painter, a stitcher and has a few more talents up her sleeve. Me is the quilter that pins, irons and measures twice!!!

Here's a shot of a stocking I bought for Cashtin that I embroidered for him. Just a little project from today. What are you up to? Her

Moose on the loose-minion #5
Hey there,
I wanted to share a pic of what I made for the last minion. I tried the yellow brick road pattern and it turned out ok. I only used four different prints so it wasn't quite what I was expecting. However it had moose on the front and cute moose flannel on the back so it's all good. I put Cashtin's name on with orange in large letters and did some wavy/swirly quilting in rows. What have you been up to?
